Returns
Sometimes you may find you need to return a product, it maybe too large, small or the wrong colour. Richardsons Shelving will refund the product (excluding P&P) if you return it within 14 days.
It is recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal courier to ensure the product gets back to us as we can’t refund items we don’t receive.
In the event of you receiving a product from Richardsons Shelving that is faulty or has been damaged in transit we will arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer.
Richardsons Shelving will pay for the postage and packaging for returns of faulty goods.
Please notify Richardsons Shelving of all returns within 14 days of receiving the product
